Hello Robert,
Several years ago you were at (I think) the Home Show at BC Blace where you had a small booth where they were selling your CD's. I only listened for a minute and was entranced by your music and needless to say purchased one of your CD's at the time. Since then I have purchased all of your CD's (most recently Allegro which
I am listening to while typing this). I have looked forward to seeing you in concert but alas, always seem to miss them when you are in this area. Both my wife and I love your music and eagerly look forward to more. I have loved classical guitar for quite some time and your music has encouraged me to explore Latino and Spanish Guitar music as well and I am enjoying the journey thoroughly.
Thank you for setting me on the way and keep up the great work.

It truly is an inspiracion of exquisite Delight everytime i hear your music.I am 18 and I live in Burnaby b.c. It is a grave saddness for me to know that you were hear not to long ago And, I did not know about it!. Your masterpieces are truly priceless. I recieved a gift not to long ago and it was your newest CD: Cafe Allegro. I Love all your songs And in especial the song by the title of the view. I try to play that song with my guitar and i cant help but to want to follow your footsteps not just as a fan but as an aprentice. i am Latin and when i hear that song it not only flows through my ears but also through my veins becuase it is in my blood. I truly do admire and feel what you play when I hear it.

I serendipitously happened upon live performances by Robert Michaels twice in Vancouver, once at HMV and most recently at Chapters on Robson. Both times were wonderful performances and absolutely resonated with the spirit of the music. Robert Michaels captivates the audience by how he lets the music speak through him and his guitar. A definate must see and hear experience!

You can't imagine how much I love your music and the love songs that you play on the guitar. Once I entered the HMV store, I saw your CD on the music shelter and I started listening to the ALLEGRO CD and I loved it very much. I bought the CD and when I came the next time with friends, I told them to listen to it and they loved it as well. I am starting to make company on this great sound of Guitar Music. Your music was playing in the background at some function years ago, either during the reception or dinner. It instantly captivated me and I asked the DJ who the artist was. I'd just like to say that you've created a whole new world for the guitar. I was 12 years old when my mother bought your cassette at CNE. I remember looking over the counter on my tippy toes while my mother got your autograph. 8 years later, I put on your music and, just like everyone else here, I was instantly drawn to your music. Now at 18, whenever I listen to your music, it seems to reach another world. Man, too bad I was too little when I saw you, now I can't even express how much your music brings to my ears.

We first met Robert at the Istria Taverna on King Street West in Toronto's theatre district during the early 90's. He was playing solo and during a break sat with us at the bar. In our discussions, we discovered something in common - a baby girl named Melanie. Your music is beautiful - so romantic and spicy! The full band concerts are great fun too. We see you whenever you come to Hamilton - Hess Village Jazz Festival and recently Hamilton Place (just after ALLEGRO release). Your play on Wave 94.7 has increased interest from this area. Please consider the Burlington Sound of Music Festival and Oakville Waterfront Festival for your concert schedule. Here's to an illustrious future.
